oh gosh. hahaha It literally doesn’t hurt at all. I sterilized a safety pin, and then touched the top of my tongue to the roof of my mouth and then just poked it through! I put 16G curved eyebrow barbell through the hole! (it takes forever to screw the ball back on but when it’s all set it’s worth it! and just wash it with like mouth wash that contains alcohol! OH and be super careful that you don’t pierce it too close to the surface because it is very easy to rip out! have fun. haha
